Mari Wigham and Philo van Kemenade from Sound & Vision investigate how graph representations can help users of the CLARIAH Media Suite in their search within music collections.
In April Sound & Vision conducted a questionnaire among CLARIAH Media Suite users to gain insight into the user experience of network interfaces. Users were asked to test two existing linked data-based graph interfaces, MusicInMovement and HistoGraph, and requested to share their reflection on how such interfaces might be beneficial to their research. Sound & Vision hopes to gain insight into meaningful interaction affordances for users. These insights will be used in the development of the Polifonia knowledge graph.
