After the summer break Polifonia organises its first hybrid Stakeholder Network meet up at the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers in Paris. In the meeting, which will take place on 20 September 2022, the pilots will be illustrated with demos and the Stakeholder Network members are invited to give feedback on the prototypes of tools and technologies.
Stakeholders
Polifonia will host a mixed crowd of stakeholders, so that we can hear the needs of heritage, academic and industry sectors and explore together next steps in unlocking musical heritage. Official members of the network will be the first to receive new datasets, tools, and ontologies out of Polifonia research, aiming at the enrichment and improvement of the stakeholders’ own workflows. The network provides opportunities to collaborate and co-author novel research in the various fields Polifonia is involved in. Stakeholders can extend their own network of contacts in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Graphs, Cultural Heritage, Music Information Retrieval, History, and beyond. In return we expect an active engagement and expect stakeholders to share data and advise, to the extent licensing in their institutions allow.
For 20 September, the goal of the day is to establish a clear mapping between the first outcomes of the project and the goals and interests of stakeholders. We will do this through a short video assignment during July and August.
